There are several ways to manage your Google search results!
To see what pages are indexed by Google and how they will appear, type "site:www.example.com" into the Google search bar:

If you don't want a page indexed (or available in the sitemap), go to the SEO settings for the page and check the box labeled 'hide this page from search engines' at the bottom right:

If you want the page removed from search results altogether, you will need to use the Google Webmaster Tool.
Removing a URL from the index with the Google Search Console:
1. Log into the Google Search Console and select the desired website.
2. Click on “Optimization” in the left-hand navigation.
3. Click on “Remove URL” in the sub-menu.
4. Click on the button “create a new request for removal” on this page,

To create a redirect for an outdated page, go to Settings -> SEO. Scroll down to the section for '301 Redirects'. Add the old URL (page you want redirected) and select the destination page (page it will be redirected to), then click save. Save the updates again at the bottom then publish and double-check:
