Monitor Posts and Edit Schedule Queues

 

We have created six queues that will post content on your behalf. These are:

  1. Travel Fact Monday
  2. Travel Quotes Tuesday
  3. Travel Tip Wednesday
  4. Why Use a Travel Advisor
  5. Travel Videos
  6. Travel Articles

These queues are set up to post to any account. This means if you have multiple default social accounts selected, the content will automatically post to all these accounts. If you have only one default account selected, the content will automatically post to only that account. You can also manually select the accounts you want that queue to post to.  

The step-by-step guide below explains how you can monitor our posts through these queues, including adding or removing social accounts.

 

 

  1. Navigate to the Schedules section in the left side menu.
  2. Navigate to the Queues tab.
Add Social Account
  1. Click on a piece of content in a queue.
  2. Click on the Publishing tab in the pop-up window.
  3. Select the social accounts you want to add the piece of content to.
  4. Click the green Update button.
Remove Social Account
  1. Click on a piece of content in a queue.
  2. Click on the Publishing tab in the pop-up window.
  3. Deselect the social accounts you want to remove the piece of content from.
  4. Click the green Update button.
Add Caption
  1. Click on a piece of content in a queue.
  2. Click on the Captions tab in the pop-up window.
  3. Create a caption.
  4. Click the Add Caption button.
  5. Click the green Update button.
