As of April 15th, 2024, publishing Content directly to Facebook Groups and collecting Analytics metrics for them are no longer available. Historical data for existing linked Facebook Groups will be retained. Meta's decision to deprecate the Facebook Groups API affects all 3rd party platforms.

You may use our push notification system for Facebook Groups moving forward by adding an email address to the account, or follow Meta's recommendation to migrate Groups to Pages.

To link a Facebook group to your Social Media Manager, follow these steps:

1. On your Social Media Manager dashboard navigate to your Brand Settings.
2. Click Add New under the Linked Accounts tab.
3. Click on the Facebook Groups option.

    4. Then you will be directed to input the name of the Facebook Group, the Group URL, and the email you wish to receive the email notification from:
