Want to get notified of posts and social account updates? This article will walk you through how to enable notifications in your Brand Settings. We recommend enabling Expiring Credential Alerts and Post Failures to stay on top of your postings.

1. Navigate to your Brand Settings.
2. Click the Notifications tab.

   3. You can add multiple emails for the “Weekly Account Updates,” and one email for the other three options.

   4, Toggle the slider to enable or disable alerts, and enter your email for each alert.

    5. Click the green Save Changes button at the top right of the screen to save your changes. Otherwise, your changes will not save.

Expiring Credentials Alerts will alert you when certain social accounts need to be relinked. 

Post Alerts will alert you any time a successful post is sent out from your account.

Post Failure notifications will alert you any time a post fails to be sent out for any reason. 

• We highly recommend enabling Post Failures, as this will provide a full error message if you ever have a post fail.
